Yes, with a suitable cable plugged into the charging base’s USB port. Wireless charging needs a phone that supports it. The amount of charge you get depends on your phone.
For cable charging, plug your phone into the base. This works while the base is attached to the bottle or detached. For wireless charging, unscrew the base and place a compatible phone on it.
